  • Multifunctional Complex is located in the heart of town just outside the main railway station building.
  • The Ground Floor provides space for , a Food Court , a Restaurant with attached Kitchen. Front is covered with glass windows which are set in to the profiled wall surfaces.
  • The central lobby serving the Hotel part is provided with two lifts and one main staircase along with a service lift and service staircase to act as fire escape.
  • The First ,Second and Third Floor has rooms with attached toilets for Hotel.
  • The building is designed for central air-conditioning.

It is hoped that the Multi Functional Complex at Jodhpur will stand out as a landmark building in Jodhpur in the vicinity of the Railway Station.

Jodhpur, is the second largest city in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It was formerly the seat of a princely state of the same name, also known as Marwar. It is centrally situated in Western region of the State bound by Nagaur in the East, Jaisalmer in the West, Bikaner in the North and Barmer as well as Pali in the South.

Founded in 1459 by Rao Jodha, a Rajput chief, Jodhpur embellished with infinite imprints of colour and chivalry, harmonious life and lingering music, harmony and hospitality, palaces and pristine nature ; has been extending an invigorating invitation to the world, since time immemorial. Jodhpur lies near the geographic center of Rajasthan state, which makes it a convenient base for travel in a region much frequented by tourists. The town is known for its grand palaces, temples and forts .

Road connections to Delhi (612 kms), Bikaner (330 kms) & Jaisalmer (285 kms) by way of NH 114, NH 6 and NH 89.

There are many Express trains connecting Jodhpur to cities like Delhi , Calcutta , Pune and Ahmedabad.

Jodhpur Airport is connected to Jaipur, Delhi, Udaipur and Mumbai by daily regular flights. The Airport is nearly 5 km away from the city center.

The Multifunctional Complex is planned in such a way to match the Architecture of existing Railway Station Building The view enclosed indicates the overall treatment from the entrance side.
